Sheila Eileen Martin

Sheila Eileen Martin, 76 of Palm Coast, Florida as well as Raleigh, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023, at AdventHealth Palm Coast, Florida. She was born on September 23, 1946, in Jamestown, New York, to the late Neil Albright and Erva Eccles Albright. Sheila was a beautiful person inside and out who cared deeply for those around her. She was a devoted wife and mother who found her greatest joy in taking care of her family. She interceded in prayer continuously for her children and grandchildren. Sheila will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched throughout her life. 

Sheila would like to leave you with this message: Realizing the uncertainty of this life, I have placed my full confidence and trust in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I commit myself to God's care, secure in His love for me and trusting in the salvation purchased for me through Christ's suffering and death. I leave those who survive me the comfort of knowing that I have died in this faith and have joined my Lord in eternal glory. I commit my loved ones to the protecting arms of God, knowing that He will continue to provide for them despite my absence, and I encourage them to place their faith and trust in Him alone.

A graveside service was held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 22, 2023 at Raleigh Memorial Park,7501 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27612.

Sheila is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Keith Martin; children, Kristen Fensom of Fayetteville, NC and Todd Martin of Wake Forest, NC; grandchildren Brett Fensom, Kenneth Fensom, Scott Fensom, and Rob Fensom; brother Steve Albright and wife Joyce; many friends and extended family.
